Expected Shipping Delays

Like everything in 2020, this holiday season will be very different. The volume of products shipped will break all records. At Gibbys, we will process your order in 24-48 hours.
Please be aware, due to circumstances created by the pandemic and the unprecedented increase in small parcel shipping volume, some orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery dates. Our shipping partners are doing all they can, but the sheer volume during the pandemic will create delays. We urge you to order early, understanding it will be impossible for anyone to guarantee an actual date of delivery.
To combat these delays Gibbys provides Curbside Pickup and In-Store Pickup options as well. This option is available for all customers through our Checkout Process. They will be able to give you expert advice, accurate inventory levels and can help set up a Curbside or In-Store Pickup option.
