Purchase an eligible Samsung Neo QLED TV or OLED TV (as listed in the table below) during the Offer Period and get a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro (regular price: $559.99 each) for free.

How to redeem the Free Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro:

For purchases completed at any participating authorized Canadian retailer:

1.  Purchase an eligible Neo QLED TV or OLED TV from any participating authorized Canadian retailer during the “offer period”

2.   Once your eligible Neo QLED TV or OLED TV has been delivered follow the steps below:

(i) Create or log-in to your Samsung Account* at: http://www.samsung.com/ca/samsungaccount/.

*Creating a Samsung Account is free.

(ii)    Register your Eligible Neo QLED TV or OLED TV under the ‘My Products’ tab of your Samsung Account. Please note: in order to register your Eligible Neo QLED TV or OLED TV, you will be required to input the Serial Number.

(iii)   Once you have registered the product, locate this offer under the ‘My Offers’ tab in your Samsung Account and submit a claim by completing an online claim form for each eligible Neo QLED TV or OLED TV purchased. All claims must be submitted on or before July 15, 2023 to be eligible for the promotion.

(iv)   You will be required to attach a copy your invoice for any eligible TV purchased to your online submission, in either PDF or JPEG format. Please note: if more than one qualifying TV has been purchased, separate submissions will need to be made for each TV.

(v)    Once your claim has been verified and approved by Samsung, an email confirmation containing the E-Voucher code to redeem the Free Galaxy Watch 5 Pro from www.samsung.com/ca will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for claim verification and communication of the E-Voucher code. If you do not see a response from Samsung in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk or spam folder(s), in the event that the email was flagged.

(vi)   The E-Voucher can be redeemed online at Samsung.com/ca between June 1, 2023 and August 31, 2023 (E-Voucher Code expires at 11:59 p.m. EST August 31, 2023) as per the below outlined process:

To redeem your E-Voucher online:

•         Go to www.samsung.com/ca

•         Add the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro (SM-R920NZKAXAC) to your shopping cart.

•         Enter your individual E-Voucher code at checkout by entering the code into the ‘Promo Code’ box in your cart**

•         Complete your purchase as normal by entering your shipping and payment information.

** The E-Voucher will be applied towards the total purchase price (before taxes) of the eligible Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Any amount in excess of the total purchase price (before taxes) of the eligible Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will be your responsibility as part of your total order cost and will be shown as part of your final order total. The E-Voucher will not be applicable on any other products other than the eligible Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.

If you return your eligible Samsung Neo QLED TV or OLED TV mentioned above to the participating retailer, you will no longer be entitled to the Free Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Return of the eligible Samsung Neo QLED TV or OLED TV must include the free Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Products may be purchased separately at regular prices.
