Klipsch PRO-180-RPC-LCR Designer Series Ceiling Speaker using the same acoustic components and horn material as the highly acclaimed Reference Premiere box speaker line, the Professional Reference Premiere Architectural series perfectly combines the aesthetics of an architectural speaker with the pure performance and dynamic voicing of the Reference Premiere series.
With a 45°angled 8” Cerametallic woofer and a 1” Titanium Dome Tweeter mated to a FEA optimized Tractrix® horn, the PRO-180-RPC-LCR brings incredible versatility and dynamic, powerful Reference Premiere sound to your home theater system.
FEA OPTIMIZED TRACTRIX HORN TRACTRIX® HORN
Klipsch proprietary Tractrix® Horn provides controlled directivity of high frequencies, for more dynamic, detailed sound with higher efficiency. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) utilizes computer modeling to optimize the dispersion pattern of the horn to ensure focused, detailed sound throughout the listening area.

The Klipsch Klipsch IK800CII installation kit offers increased mounting flexibility for all of our residential in-ceiling speakers that employ an 8-inch woofer.
Mud Ring
This revolutionary kit design incorporates a mud ring breakaway wire tie and color-coded brackets for easy speaker size identification. A flat side with a raised wall allows it to be mounted directly to a joist making it much easier to align the speakers with other items in the ceiling.
Metal Wings
The kit also comes with perforated metal wings that easily fasten to the studs via screws staples or nails. Ribbed for increased rigidity these wings enable a kit to span up to 24 inches easily. Painted white for easy marking and placement these metal wings will fold around the edge of the studs if necessary.
