Klipsch PRO-250RPW 5.25″ In-Wall LCR Speaker (2) | Klipsch IK-502-W II Installation Kit (2) Bundle
Klipsch PRO-250RPW 5.25″ In-Wall LCR Speaker – (2)
The Klipsch PRO-250RPW LCR brings dynamic, powerful, detailed Reference Premiere sound to your home theater system. Using the same acoustic components and horn material as the highly acclaimed Reference Premiere box speaker line, the Professional Reference Premiere Architectural series perfectly combines the aesthetics of an architectural speaker with the pure performance and dynamic voicing of the Reference Premiere series. With two 5.25” Cerametallic woofers and a 1” Titanium Dome tweeter mated to a composite coated Hybrid Cross Section Tractrix horn.
Securefit Installation System
The exclusive modular installation system allows for the dog legs to be engaged by hand to a preset clamping force, eliminating the possibility of over torquing, which can lead to breaking the dog leg or cracking the drywall. The speaker module is then screwed to the bezel (using machine screws instead of traditional drywall screws) for a more robust, acoustically stable installation than the competition.
All New, Bezel-Free Magnetic Grille
A completely redesigned powder coated magnetic steel grille eliminates the bezel for seamless, pristine integration into the living space.
PVC Paint Shield Included
Also included is a magnetic PVC paint shield that can be used to cover the speaker module to protect it from paint or construction.
Klipsch IK-502-W II In-Wall LCR Speaker Install Kit for Klipsch Speaker – (2)
The Klipsch IK-502-W II installation kit brings increased mounting flexibility to three of our high-performance in-wall LCR speakers the R-2502-W, R-5502-W and KL-6502-THX.
This revolutionary kit design incorporates a mud ring breakaway wire tie and color-coded brackets for easy speaker size identification. A flat side with a raised wall allows it to be mounted directly to a joist making it much easier to align the speakers with other items in the ceiling.
The kit also comes with perforated metal wings that easily fasten to the studs via screws staples or nails. Ribbed for increased rigidity these wings enable a kit to span up to 24 inches easily. Painted white for easy marking and placement these metal wings will fold around the edge of the studs if necessary.
