Onkyo TX-8220 Stereo Receiver with Built-In Bluetooth

Enjoy wireless connectivity and room-filling sound with the Onkyo TX-8220 Stereo Receiver. It features Onkyo’s WRAT amplifier technology and produces up to 45W per channel at 8 Ohms for robust audio playback. Bluetooth connectivity is built-in to allow you to wirelessly stream music from compatible audio sources such as computers, smartphones, and tablets. For more traditional connectivity, the Onkyo TX-8220 has a digital coaxial, optical, four RCA, and a phono RCA input for connecting a variety of audio sources. A remote control is included as an added convenience.

Bluetooth Allows Mobile Audio to Fill the Room

With low-latency Bluetooth 4.1 wireless technology, you can stream almost any audio that’s playing on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer. The Auto Connect function helps make pairing and playing back your music quick and easy, with enhanced stability for a reduced loss in audio quality.

Enhanced Connectivity

The Onkyo TX-8220 is equipped with inputs to connect a range of sources. Use Hi-Res Audio-ready digital audio inputs to route display or computer audio through to the speakers, line-level inputs for a CD player or DAC, and the MM phono input for your turntable. Enjoy room-filling reproduction of these as well as FM/AM radio and Bluetooth sources.

Designed for Hi-Fi Sound

Pair the Onkyo TX-8220 with your choice of speakers to add high-fidelity sound to everyday entertainment, from streaming audio to TV programs, vinyl, and CD. Its discrete amplifiers, large EI transformer, and customized capacitors are engineered to deliver ample driving power with low distortion. A high current grips the speaker cones for accurate control, helping to restore vitality and detail to music. Non-phase-shift circuitry, meanwhile, aids in focusing the audio image.

High-Current, Low-Impedance Drive

Dynamic passages in music and film soundtracks can see impedance spike and dip dramatically for short periods. This can place up to 10 times the usual load on your amplifier, and if it can’t meet power demands, sound quality suffers. Onkyo’s high-current low-impedance WRAT (Wide Range Amp Technology) design uses an EI transformer to help drive your speakers accurately, even under heavy loads.

AM/FM Tuner with 40 Memory Presets

Scan, name, and save 40 AM and FM radio stations for one-touch recall anytime. Bring a variety of programming to your listening space, from news and sports to music and talk radio.

Discrete Amplifier Design with Quality Parts

Unlike amplifiers based on integrated circuit (IC) boards, Onkyo’s discrete amplifiers incorporate hand-selected audio-grade parts into their design. The TX-8220 has fully discrete output stage circuitry with heavy-duty transistors to control running temperatures, lower distortion, and increase the life of the product.

A/B Speaker Posts for Multi-Room Audio

The Onkyo TX-8220 features two sets of speaker posts, allowing you to connect up to two pairs of speakers. The receiver is designed to drive either a single pair of speakers rated at 4 to 16 Ohms, or two pairs of 8- to 16-Ohm speakers, allowing you to enjoy the same audio source in two rooms at once, or to switch between two sets of speakers in the same room.

Independent Bass, Treble, & Balance Controls

Bass, treble, and balance controls are useful for optimizing the tonal characteristics of your music. These circuits let you fine-tune the sound to your own taste with no perceived loss in audio quality.

TEAC PD301XB Reference 300 Series CD Player/FM Tuner

The PD301XB CD player/FM tuner is a musical gateway that enables FM radio listening, CD playing, and USB playback from a single component A versatile digital media gateway for your current desk-top audio system, the Reference 301 PD301XB is a hybrid device that includes a CD player, USB memory player, and FM tuner. The devices’ painstakingly created circuit design allows it to provide your amplifier with excellent analogue audio sound and the coaxial and optical outputs can send digital audio signals to your preferred DAC (digital to analogue converter) from sources like CDs, USB memory sticks, and FM tuners.

The PD301XB significantly increases the adaptability of your desktop audio system because of its low-profile and compact design.

Fast Loading And Automatic Playing Are Supported By A Slot-Load CD Drive Mechanism

The slot-load CD drive mechanism in the PD301XB is small, precise, and specifically made for professional audio applications. Within seconds of placing a CD into the slot, customers can start listening to their music thanks to the fast loading times and automatic playback feature.

Supports The File Types MP3, WMA, AAC, And WAV

From CD-ROM/CD-R/CD-RW discs, conventional digital audio formats like MP3 and WMA can be played back. Additionally, when a USB flash drive is connected into the front USB port, music files in the AAC and WAV codecs can also be played. On its LC-display, the player can be useful by displaying the ID3 tag, song title, and artist information found in MP3, WMA, and AAC files.

Performance-Driven 32-Bit DAC

For silky smooth audio reproduction, the PD301XB uses a high-performance DAC (digital to analogue converter), the PCM5142 from BurrBrown.

Solid, All-Metal Construction With A Compact Footprint

The PD301XB’s front, sides and top are made of aluminium, which gives it an uncommon level of stiffness and reduces the impact of unwelcome vibrations on sound quality. All of this comes in a box with a small footprint that just takes up 215mm × 232mm (8.5″ x 9.1″), allowing users to place the device on even the smallest desktops without difficulty.

Internal FM Tuner

The PD301XB, unlike the majority of other CD Players, incorporates an FM Tuner module within its small cabinet.

Outputs For Digital Audio From All Sources, Including FM

Coaxial and optical connectors on the PD301XB are used to send audio signals from the built-in FM tuner in addition to the standard analogue audio outputs (of course, these connections also deliver digital audio from CD).
*Please be aware that regardless of the source’s resolution, the digital audio output format is PCM 44.1kHz/16-bit.*

Remote With 10 Keys

The PD301XB comes with a little card-type remote control as standard equipment.
