At Gibbys Electronic Supermarket the Health and Safety of our staff and customers is our top priority.
We have increased and updated all store sanitation measures to help ensure a safe and clean store, warehouse, shipping and receiving areas and offices.
We have distanced everyone in the entire store that are still working here. We have all employees working from home that can.
We are also staying up to date with information and taking any and all actions necessary to keep everyone safe and healthy.
We expect your home entertainment systems and your Wi-Fi and streaming services will be getting a lot of use over the next few weeks and
we are here to serve you and to support one another in this difficult time.
Gibbys will continue to bring you the best online shopping experience possible 24/7.
Our fulfillment warehouse will remain open, all online orders will get fulfilled quickly and efficiently many with free shipping*.
We also will offer our local customers free local delivery but not install*.
We will offer twice weekly local delivery for free for items $100 or more to St. Catharines, Thorold, Welland, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and some outlying areas* (*review with sales people during sale).
Our online product experts will maintain regular hours EST Monday through Friday 10AM – 7PM, Saturday 10AM – 6PM and Sundays we will be temporarily closed.

In order to comply with the mandatory closure of “non-essential businesses” by the Ontario Government Gibbys store location at 451 Eastchester Ave will be closed to “in-store” visits and Car Audio installation services until April 8th or until further notice as this situation changes.
We are also suspending the services of our Custom Install Department until April 8, 2020 with the exception of our current in-process construction clients.
Our delivery companies, FedEx, and Sameday (for larger items) will continue to provide the best possible service while adhering to the guidelines of the public health authorities to protect thesafety of their personnel and our customers.
To enhance customer service and insure your package is being delivered safely and confirmed to your address.
We will shipping with a status of; “Adult Signature Required” on all of our shipments.
This means that you will be asked for government id on delivery and someone of “age” being 18 years or older with Government ID matching the confirmed address of delivery.
This is for your security and ours.
This is verifying the delivery and receipt of the product. We do NOT drop any packages at the door at all due to the value of the items we ship. We do not redirect any
packages to another address at all.
As we learn new information that may affect our services we will continue to keep you updated.
