XDM400/4: 4-Channel Class D Full-Range Car/Marine Amplifier, 100 W x 4 @ 2 Ohm / 75 W x 4 @ 4 Ohm - 14.4V

The very small XDM400/4 produces a powerful 100 watts to each of its four channels into 2 ohms (14.4V, 1% THD), giving it a tremendous full-range punch. JL Audio's cutting-edge NexD™ high-speed switching design, which enables full bandwidth Class D operation with incredibly low distortion and exceptional efficiency, is the technology that enables this much power in such a small chassis.

The XDM400/4 is made with marine-grade materials and has a unique, dual-mode input filter for noise-free performance in boats or cars. For simple factory system upgrades, automatic turn-on capability (through signal detection or DC-offset sensing) is also built in.

Build an impressive 1000 W amplification system with the XDM400/4 and XDM600/1 monoblock to drive four satellite speakers and a subwoofer—all while fitting it beneath a seat or deck. Alternately, utilize the XDM400/4 by itself to power two satellites, plus a subwoofer.

The XDM400/4 includes a 12 dB / octave filter for each channel bank, which can be configured as a low-pass or high-pass filter and offers continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50-500 Hz. With the addition of an optional HD-RLC or MHD-RLC (water-resistant) remote level controller (each sold separately), you have the ability to adjust the level of all amplifier channels or just the rear channels directly from the driver's seat or cockpit.

Finished in a sleek, black powder-coat, all controls are protected beneath a gasketed, removable top cover for easy access.
