Simply present us with an ad from an authorized Canadian retailer with a lower price. Once Gibbys Electronic Supermarket verifies that the item is in stock, available for immediate sale and delivered at the advertised price, you will receive the lower price.
Gibbys Electronic Supermarket Low Price Guarantee After Purchase
Simply present us with your original Gibbys Electronic Supermarket or gibbyselectronicsupermarket.ca invoice along with proof that the item you bought is currently being advertised at a lower price from an authorized Canadian retailer. Once Gibbys Electronic Supermarket verifies that the item is in stock, available for immediate sale, delivered at the advertised price and is an authorized Canadian retailer, you will receive a refund of the difference.

Which products qualify?
The product you’re comparing must meet the following criteria to qualify:
The authorized Canadian retailers we will match must have their own Canadian website, be an authorized retailer of that brand and verifiable by that brand. The advertised item must be of the same brand and model as the purchased product, must be new and factory sealed and subject to a manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Canada.
Advertised prices must be in Canadian dollars and will be calculated to include all charges applicable for delivery to your home address. The item must be available for immediate sale and purchase.
Which products do not qualify?
The following types of products do not qualify for a price match:
Our Gibbys Electronic Supermarket Low Price Guarantee does not apply to open box items, refurbished items, advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, restricted offers, manufacturers rebates, coupons, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, special financing offers and VIP Sales.
Our Low-Price Guarantee does not apply to “Special Order” items or products that are not in stock and need to be ordered.
Coupons / discounts are not valid on previous purchases or in combination with any other offer. Coupons / discounts cannot be used as a proof for Gibbys Lowest Price Guarantee.
Which types of sellers do not qualify for a price match?
The following types of sellers do not qualify for a price match:
- Marketplace sellers on websites such as Bestbuy.ca, Amazon.ca or resellers such as eBay.ca
- U.S retailers
- Resellers that are not an authorized reseller of that brand
What if I financed my purchase?
If you financed your purchase through a finance option we offer, you will be entitled to an in-store credit of the difference within the 45 days, not a refund to the finance company or finance contract.
