MB Quart NA3-560.4 4 Ch. 560 Watt Marine Amplifier
The NA3-560.4 marine amplifier from MB Quart can send four speakers each with 70 watts RMS to keep the music going no matter where you are. Over/under voltage protection, thermal slow-down (not shut-down), and current limiting on the outputs to protect speakers are just a few of the features included in this rugged and compact amplifier.A Versatile Amplifier
For example, you could set up this amplifier as a 2-channel amp and send 280 watts RMS to a pair of tower speakers. The amp can power a pair of speakers with 70 watts each and a sub with 280 watts in 3-channel mode. You can adjust the sound to match your speakers and subs using the onboard variable tone controls.Marine Tough
Each MB Quart marine amplifier is the result of three decades of experience in marine and powersports audio. Internal circuits are protected from water and dirt by conformal coating, and stainless-steel hardware resists corrosion in even the saltiest environments. This amp was designed and tested by MB Quart to withstand the harshest conditions on and off the water.IPX Rating
There is a spec for all MB Quart Nautic marine products that is listed as IPX with a number. These numbers are used by the electronics industry to determine how much water a piece of equipment can withstand. Submersion or the ability to handle a jet spray for a certain number of seconds or minutes are two factors that influence the number.NA3-560.4 Features:
- Marine Grade Protection / IPX Rating: Meets or exceeds IPX standards for waterproof and dustproof.
- Low Noise Preamplifier Circuit: Q-Stasis Pre Amplifier Stage: Maximum low voltage signal from the source unit comes into the amplifier circuit with minimal distortion.
- RCA Inputs: Prewired to PC Board for additional protection. Leave connector cover closed on RCA jacks that are not used.
- High Level Inputs: See Auto-Sense Feature.
- Operation Mode: 2 / 4 Channel
- Crossover Type: Variable electronic crossovers allow for complete control of the sound.
- Electronic Equalizer: Control of amplifier output with on-board electronic crossover to tailor specific frequencies to speakers and subwoofers. Check specifications for specific frequencies for this amplifier.
- Class / Topology: Class SQ: Multi-channel amplifiers utilize the unique MB Quart Class SQ topology. Matched with Q-Stasis the sonic accuracy and clarity exceeds standard Class A/B amplifiers.
- Output Device Technology: FLUID-FETS: MB Quart output devices, FLUID-FETS are painstakingly selected for their ability to efficiently produce power and mimic the sound quality of the highest end home amplifiers.
- Heat Sink: Nautic gloss white epoxy finish helps reject heat on the surface of the amplifier. Heavy duty heat-sink efficiently moves heat from the MOSFET where it can be cooled.
- Power Supply: Robust marine grade MOSFET Pulse Width Modulation power supply. Allows amplifier to product efficient power without taxing the boats electrical system.
- Output Connections: Connection from amplifier are sealed and grommeted.
- LED System Protection Circuitry Diagnostics: Monitor overload and speaker short protection with illuminated indicators on the amplifier end panel.
- Auto Turn-On: DC SIGNAL SENSE: The DC SIGNAL SENSE switch will allow the amp to turn on when a signal is received on the RCA inputs, so an amplifier remote turn on wire is not needed to turn on the amplifier. This feature can also be turned off.
