The Pro-Ject PJ65182624 Record Box E is a premium phono preamplifier that gives you the option of converting your priceless vinyl records into digital music files. Record Box E offers quality music at an entry-level price and accepts both MM & MC cartridges. The built-in A/D converter connects to your computer through USB and works with both Windows and Mac OS X. As a result, you can digitize your priceless vinyl collection, especially for use with portable music players. Noise and distortion are kept at a very low level thanks to the PJ65182624 's sophisticated circuitry and SMD manufacturing. There is no chance for outside interference because of an outboard DC power source and built-in internal shielding. Record Box E's compact enclosure allows for placement close to the turntable. To maintain quality, input and output sockets are gold-plated. The Pro-Ject PJ65182624 Record Box E is readily linked to your amplifier's line input (AUX, etc.)
