Gibbys Low Price Guarantee Before Purchase
Simply present us with an ad from an authorized Canadian retailer offering a lower price. Once Gibbys Electronic Supermarket verifies that the item is in stock, available for immediate sale, and offered at the advertised price, you will receive the lower price.
Gibbys Low Price Guarantee After Purchase
Present your original Gibbys Electronic Supermarket or gibbyselectronicsupermarket.ca invoice along with proof that the item is currently advertised at a lower price by an authorized Canadian retailer. Once Gibbys Electronic Supermarket confirms the item is in stock, available for immediate sale, and meets all other criteria, you will be refunded the difference.
30-Day Price Guarantee
Please note that our price guarantee is applicable within 30 days of your purchase.
Extended Price Guarantee from November 15th to January 15th
From November 15th to January 15th, enjoy an extended 60-day price match guarantee on eligible purchases. During this period, if you find a lower price within 60 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you the difference. Starting December 15th, our price guarantee will return to a 30-day price match policy for purchases made after this date.
Which products qualify?
The product you’re comparing must meet the following criteria to qualify:
It must be from an authorized Canadian retailer with a Canadian website, verifiable as an authorized retailer by the brand.
The item must be of the same brand and model, new, factory sealed, and covered by a manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Canada.
Advertised prices must be in Canadian dollars, inclusive of delivery charges to your home address, and available for immediate sale.
Which products do not qualify?
The following types of products do not qualify for a price match:
Certain items and conditions are excluded from our Low Price Guarantee, such as open-box or refurbished items, advertising errors, special pricing or promotional offers, liquidations, clearances, financing offers, and VIP sales. Additionally, marketplace sellers, U.S. retailers, and resellers without authorized brand representation do not qualify. Note: Shipping charges are excluded from our Low Price Guarantee; we match product prices only. Custom Home and Car Audio Installation charges are not subject to the Gibbys Low Price Guarantee. The terms and conditions of the Gibbys Electronic Supermarket Low Price Guarantee are subject to change without notice.
Our Low-Price Guarantee does not apply to “Special Order” items or products that are not in stock and need to be ordered.
Coupons / discounts are not valid on previous purchases or in combination with any other offer. Coupons / discounts cannot be used as a proof for Gibbys Lowest Price Guarantee.
Which types of sellers do not qualify for a price match?
The following types of sellers do not qualify for a price match:
- Marketplace sellers on websites such as Bestbuy.ca, Amazon.ca or resellers such as eBay.ca
- U.S retailers
- Resellers that are not an authorized reseller of that brand
What if I financed my purchase?
If you financed your purchase through a finance option we offer, you will be entitled to an in-store credit of the difference within the 45 days, not a refund to the finance company or finance contract.
