B-Stock
“B-Stock” items are returns from other authorized retailers to the manufacturer like Denon, Marantz, Pioneer, Pioneer Elite, Onkyo and Audio Technica where they originally came from. These companies will thoroughly check over each item and recertify them before deeming it “B-Stock”. Gibbys Electronic Supermarket is the largest “B Stock“ reseller in Canada and buys large quantities every month to get the best deal and then passes the savings along to it’s customers. Generally, these models come with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted. B-Stock products also come with a 30 day over the counter exchange. *If there are any manufacturers defects in the first thirty days, Gibbys will exchange the unit for another unit*. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s guarantee is in effect. They can be called many names such as: “Refurbished”, “Refurb”, “Recertified”, “Returned”
B-Stock Warranty
Denon B-Stock Warranty – Denon B Stock warranty refers to any products that are labelled “B-Stock”, “Refurbished”, or “Recertified”. At Gibbys Electronic Supermarket, we call our Denon returns “B-Stock” items. These items are covered under Denons Manufacturer “1 Year B-Stock warranty”. This applies to all products such as B-Stock Receivers and any other type of “B-Stock” product coming from Denon.
Marantz B-Stock Warranty – Marantz B Stock warranty refers to any products that are labelled “B-Stock”, “Refurbished”, or “Recertified”. At Gibbys Electronic Supermarket, we call our Marantz returns “B-Stock” items. These items are covered under Marantz Manufacturer “1 Year B-Stock warranty.” This applies to all products such as B-Stock Receivers and any other type of “B-Stock” product coming from Marantz.
Pioneer B-Stock Warranty – Pioneer “B-Stock” warranty is also a 1 year warranty. At Gibbys Electronic Supermarket, we usually will call all our returns “B-Stock”, but Pioneer has officially changed their wording to “Re-certified”. These re-certified items are covered under Pioneer B Stock Warranty Document. This applies to all products such as Re-certified Pioneer Receivers and any other type of “B-Stock” product coming from Pioneer.
Onkyo B-Stock Warranty – Onkyo B Stock Receivers are covered under the Onkyo B-Stock Warranty. The Warranty coverage is 1 Year for Parts & Labour and is applicable to all “B-Stock” products such as home audio and video, headphones, digital audio players and other electronics from Onkyo.
Open Box
Open Box items are usually store demos or customer exchanges. In some cases, you may see Open Box at the end of a product title to delineate this. These items are “like new” and come with full manufacturer’s warranty.
Clearance
Clearance items are usually brand new products that are no longer available (Discontinued) from the manufacturer. These items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned for a refund. Clearance items are protected by a full manufacturer’s warranty. They are subject to limited stock availability and only offered while supplies last.
