Hello, this is going to be a great review because I finally got my RP8000II speakers and they exceeded my expectations, well I wasn't sure what to expect. I have one other thing to say about the help I received with my purchase, after ditching Bestbuy for a true home electronics company like Gibbys home electronics well let's just say I recieved better customer service over the phone with Gibbys then I ever did walking around in Bestbuy for hours, anyone ever try to call a Bestbuy location to speak to someone, if you haven't ever tried go try and see how long your patience last lol. Gibbys follow-up with customers just to make sure we dont have questions and we are good to go, that type of customer service is something I thought didn't exist anymore, boy I was wrong. Mike you da man. Before you shop at Bestbuy because you have no Gibbys in your area, give them a call they will help you with whatever you need and there follow-up is outstanding. Thank you so much you have a customer for life.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gibbys several times now and can’t say enough how great they are. In a competitive internet driven world it’s a pleasure to be able to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and exceptionally responsive. Additionally they were the most cost effective and had the quickest delivery.

I dealt with Joe DeDicco on all my purchases and he is excellent! Answered all my questions and truly acts like he has my best interests at heart. I’m sure I’ll have questions when setting up the system and know Joe will be there to help with that but also in the unlikely event I’ve other issues.
