What are the store hours?

Our typical store hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Order Pickup

How soon can I pickup my order?

After you place your order and completed checkout, you'll receive 2 emails from us:
- Order Confirmation email
- Store Pickup notification email

Once you have received these emails, you may pickup your order from our store between 10am to 5pm EST. Please bring the following items with you to the store for order pickup:

1. Store Pickup Notification email.
2. Valid Photo identification (e.g. Driver's License or Age of Majority Card).

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship Canada wide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Gibbys generally ships all verified orders that are in stock the following business day and should arrive to most customers within 1 to 7 business days, with the exception of holidays and shipping company holiday closures. See Shipping Details for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return a product?

Step 1 – Call or email us

Start your return by calling us at 1-866-696-7189 or by emailing support@gibbysesm.ca for an RAN#

Step 2 – Pack Carefully

Step 3 – Ship the Item Back to Us

After your return is received, we’ll refund your original payment method (*Minus any return or restocking fees if applicable*). Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days of return.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We guarantee the quality of our products and your satisfaction. You may return or exchange eligible items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that items listed as "Special Order," "Custom Order," and "Final Sale" merchandise are non-returnable. Warranty

Do you offer warranties?

Gibbys Electronic Supermarket is an authorized dealer for all the brands we sell. All new products purchased through us come with the original manufacturer's warranty, which is valid at all authorized service depots across Canada. If you have trouble finding a local service depot, you can call Gibbys Electronic Supermarket toll-free at +1 866-470-1556 for assistance.

What kind of warranties do you offer for B-Stock products?

For "B Stock" products, the warranty period may vary depending on the manufacturer, but it's generally 1 year. We also offer "Open Box" items, which come with the original factory warranty and are available at a lower price compared to their new equivalents.

What is your process for handling warranty repairs?

If you require warranty repairs for a product you purchased from us, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have a copy of the original bill of sale.
2. Send the product to an authorized service depot in Canada for warranty repairs. Note that warranty cards are not sufficient for this purpose.
Additionally, please be aware that you are responsible for shipping the product to us to facilitate the repair, but we will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired product back to you.

Do you offer financing options?

We offer the convenience of financing through Affirm, which allows you to pay at your own pace. Here are the details:

You can choose to pay over a period of 12, 18, or 24 months for purchases over $300.00.
