The Rockford Fosgate PM400X4 is a 400-watt 4-channel amplifier with high dynamic power using Class-A/B technology and a conformal coated PC board designed for motorsport and marine applications. The PM400X4 is perfect for 4-way front-stage/rear-fill or 3-way front-stage/subwoofer systems. Simply drop a pair of component speakers on the front channels and subs on the rear and BOOM - you got "The PUNCH." Rockford Fosgate designed their PM400X4 4-channel amplifier for marine and power sports applications. It'll power systems with front and rear speakers, it'll drive a couple of subs in 2-channel mode, or you can switch the amp to 3-channel mode to power a set of speakers and a subwoofer.

Using a Class AB design, the PM400X4 delivers outstanding performance from a compact package. It's built to stand up to outdoor life with conformal-coated circuitry that withstands moisture and dirt and stainless steel hardware that won't succumb to corrosion. Rockford Fosgate also uses the innovative Maximum Efficiency Heat Sink Application (MEHSA3) construction process, which yields up to five times better heat transfer than traditional mounting techniques. As a result, this amp will rock out without overheating, even when tucked into a tight space.
