Paradigm MONITOR SE 3000F Floor Standing Speakers - Pair

Paradigm MONITOR SE 3000F Floor Standing Speakers – Pair

The stylish and affordable new Paradigm Monitor SE 3000F Series is the perfect introduction to the world of high performance audio. Sure it’s packed with state-of-the-art technology, the kind of stuff only found on speakers that cost much more. But more important, the new Monitor SE Series is part of the Paradigm family of high performance loudspeakers, and just like all Paradigm loudspeakers it’s engineered to change the way you think and feel about your entertainment.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Poly Cones with inverted caps, reverse roll surrounds and S-PAL Tweeters. Perforated Phase Alignment (PPA) Tweeter Lens smooths extended high frequency response for incredible detail. Computer optimized second-order crossovers, engineered for seamless dynamic integration.

The Paradigm MONITOR SE 3000F uses a 4-driver, 3-way bass reflex design with computer-optimized second-order crossovers. The crossover network is engineered for dynamic integration between the drivers, with crossover points at 3.0 kHz between the tweeter and midrange and 800 Hz between the midrange and woofers.

The result is a speaker system designed to bring together the different frequency ranges smoothly, helping music and movie sound maintain a natural sense of detail and realism.

BUILT ON RESEARCH

Monitor SE loudspeakers benefit from Paradigm’s fundamental research into the science of sound. This research, conducted by Paradigm in conjunction with the Canadian National Research Council, has resulted in many of the innovative materials and patented audio technologies found throughout the Paradigm speaker.

TWEETER

X-PAL Pure-Aluminum Dome Tweeters with exclusive Perforated Phase-Aligning (PPA) Lens. This patent pending design acts as a refined phase plug, blocking a wide range of out-of-phase frequencies which increases and smooths output without coloring the sound. Both visually stunning and functional, our signature PPA Lens technology improves performance while also protecting the tweeter from getting damaged.

BASS/MIDRANGE

High-performance mineral-filled polypropylene cones with inverted dust caps are lightweight and rigid. Downroll surrounds give them a clean, low-profile look.

Research-Driven Audio Design

Paradigm developed the Monitor SE Series around extensive research into the science of sound. The company’s ongoing work with the Canadian National Research Council has influenced the materials, technologies, design, and performance specifications used throughout its speakers.

This research is focused on understanding the nature of sound and human hearing, with the goal of creating a more realistic listening experience. For music, that means lifelike performance and imaging; for movies, it means detailed effects and a greater sense of realism.

ENCLOSURE
