The Hertz MPX165.3 automobile audio coaxial speakers have a coax tweeter that is concentric to the woofer, allowing for a single linear-phase emission point for a natural timbre and a rich sound stage. The tweeter resonance frequency is extremely low because to the "Center Tuning Duct" shape and the use of dampening materials on the inside ensures a linear acoustic emission. The acoustic lens improves off-axis response which is common with door-mounted cable speakers; additionally, the 36 mm woofer produces deep and controlled bass frequencies.
