Hertz MPK130.3 5-1/4" Component Speaker System
Even in automobiles without capacity for a subwoofer, the MPK130.3 car audio speakers system was intended to offer a wide low frequency response. The MP 130.3 woofer boasts remarkable dispersion features and creates high SPL with compact dimensions thanks to the V-cone® and Boundary Free Surround technologies. The MPCX 2.3 dedicated crossover was created to take advantage of the MPK130.3 woofers' wide extension, ensuring a natural transition to the MP 25.3 tweeter for optimum natural sound emission. The woofer's efficiency is maximized by its 1mm low parasitic resistance copper filter coil. The tweeter level (0/+2 dB) on the MPCX 2.3 crossover is used to calibrate the MP 25.3 acoustic emission level when compared to the woofer level.

Each speaker has a "Boundary Free" rubber surround with increased pressed pulp and cotton fibre woofer to move more air with accuracy for more dramatic lows. The V-cone form of MPK130.3's woofer optimises dispersion and helps provide audible lows. Superior damping is also important to the sound of these speakers; less resonance minimises distortion, resulting in a more realistic sound. Crossovers are included, which add to the woofer's remarkable low-frequency response and a smooth transition to the Tetolon dome tweeter's stunning work. Hertz includes tweeter volume control, allowing you to tailor the highs to your system.
