Hertz SV200.1 SPL Show Series 8" Midrange Speakers
The 200 mm (8 in.) midrange suited for SPL competitions is the SV200.1 automobile audio midrange. The SV200.1, like the SX subwoofers, has a strong, sturdy structure and like all other SPL Show components, uses a copper voice coil coiled on a two-layer KSV former for unrivalled thermal and mechanical performance, even in extreme conditions. The cone has a water-resistant pressed paper membrane and paper dust caps that are both strong and light, as well as double-wave damped fabric surrounds that ensure linearity even under harsh situations, contributing to good SPL scores.
