The JVC RM-RK62M Wired Marine Remote Control can be used to control various functions of your boat's stereo system. The RM-RK62M has a slim design that makes it easy to grip and the remote is backlit, making it easy to see in low light conditions. The RM-RK62M wired marine remote control from JVC allows you to control your boat's music from a convenient location without exposing your marine receiver to the elements. This IPX7-compliant remote can handle track selection, fast-forward, rewind, volume, mute, and source selection while also handling sun, salt, and spray when connected to a compatible JVC marine stereo. The back-lit buttons allow you to use it at any time of day or night, and on larger vessels, you can connect up to six remotes in a series.

RM-RK62M Features

• Compatibility: JVC marine and in-dash head units with a SWC remote wire (blue/yellow) are compatible with the RM-RK62M marine wired remote control.
• IPX7 Marine Certified: The JVC RM-RK62M marine wired remote control is designed to withstand the harsh marine environment and is IPX7 certified.
• Backlit Controls: Source selection, music search, volume up/down, and mute control buttons are all featured on the JVC RM-RK62M marine remote. The backlit illumination on the RM-RK62M makes it easy to see at night.
• Wiring: Ignition (red), Remote (blue/yellow), Illumination (orange), and Ground (green) are the four wires on the RM-RK62M. (black). Because the attached 4-wire harness is only 8" long, additional wire lengths may be required (sold separately).
• Mounting Options: The JVC RM-RK62M is surface-mountable with the included mounting bracket and hardware. To route the attached wiring harness through, a 0.75" cut-out and 0.625" mounting depth are required.
