The PP4-X is designed for use with 4-Ohm Punch Pro midrange drivers and tweeters. It features dual woofer outputs for use with two Punch Pro midrange drivers. Provides 6dB/Octave dedicated low pass filter for the woofer.

Must use existing built-in 6dB/Octave Punch Pro crossover supplied with tweeter. Designed ONLY for Rockford Fosgate Punch Pro speakers (not designed to be used as a stand-alone passive crossover for other "pro" brands). Mounting hardware included.

To keep the sound balanced, a Punch Pro is used.

The PP4-X crossover was designed by Rockford Fosgate to work with a Punch Pro Series midrange speaker and tweeter. Punch Pro Series tweeters have their own built-in high-pass crossover (4.5K Hz, 6 dB/octave), while the PP4-X provides low-pass filtering for a 4-ohm Punch Pro woofer (3,000 Hz at a 6dB per octave slope). Don't worry about the "gap" in frequency coverage; the gentle 6db/octave slope ensures a perfectly blended and smooth final response.

Versatile little crossover

Setting up your system is simple. To suit your vehicle, first choose which tweeter you want to use (the 2- or 4-ohm model), then choose from three tweeter levels (0, -3, or -6 dB). The PP4-X has two woofer outputs in case you want to crank up the volume on your Punch Pro midrange drivers. The PP4-X can handle up to 125 watts RMS, which is what Rockford Fosgate recommends for the Punch Pro speakers to perform at their best.

PP4-X Features:

• Woofer Outputs: There are outputs for two 4? woofers; one or two woofers can be used. 10", 8" and 6-3/4" sizes are available in the Punch Pro series.
• Tweeter Output: The single tweeter output is compatible with the 4? or 8? Punch Pro series tweeters. Select the appropriate impedance using the switch beside the wire terminals. A switch on the other side of the terminals sets the relative tweeter output level; 0 dB (flat), -3 dB, or -6 dB.
• Terminals: The screw clamp terminals will accept up to 12 gauge wire.
• Mounting: The PP4-X can be mounted using the included screws, or the adhesive pad on the bottom of the crossover.
