REBATE TERMS: Purchase: To qualify for the $80 SiriusXM Visa* Prepaid Card rebate:

(1) Purchase an eligible SiriusXM radio or tuner (SXV300V1C) between 1/1/24 and 12/31/24 from any authorized retailer excluding Amazon.ca, Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Walmart, The Source, London Drugs, and SiriusXM.ca

(2) Activate the Qualifying radio or tuner with a SiriusXM Music & Entertainment Plan, Platinum Plan, or greater all-inclusive satellite subscription by 1/31/25

(3) Maintain at least 60 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS PAID SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE on that device. If activating the radio or tuner with a free trial subscription, you must maintain at least 60-days of paid service after the trial period ends to qualify for the rebate. To Redeem: Visit www.siriusxmpromos.ca and enter Offer # 23-33624CA and follow the instructions to submit online. All requests must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. ET on 1/31/25. Please allow 4-6 weeks from verification of a properly submitted request and completion of the paid subscription term to receive your rebate.

Limit: 1 rebate per tuner; 3 per postal address.
