Rockford Fosgate PLC-U Universal Punch Level Control Wired Remote
The PLC-U features a panel mount with large and small knob combinations, under dash mounting and rocker switch style mounting available for this inline audio signal level control. A 3.5mm to RCA extension port is included with the rocker switch option to extend a radio's AUX input to your dash. The rocker switch can also be dismantled to allow the knob assembly to be mounted flush to the panel. The PLC-U is a universal inline audio level control that can be fitted into nearly any audio system. It's designed to let you adjust the signal level of any stereo pair of RCA cables if you don't have a master volume control or want additional control over a particular signal line. A high-quality audio taper potentiometer is used in the system, which allows for true linear control of the output signal. It also comes with a number of mounting options to accommodate your installation requirements. A panel mount version with a 1" mounting hole and a threaded retention nut has a large and small knob option, allowing you to decide which works best for you. If your installation requires greater clearance, a universal underdash bracket is included to use with the panel mount device. Finally, a rocker switch mount with integrated level control and a 3.5mm aux input to RCA extension connector are included which is ideal for automobiles that have the rocker switch knockouts already molded in. This device may also be disassembled so that the level control can be surface mounted with a smaller hole in places where the larger options won't fit. The level control's features and functionality make it compatible with most source units, line drivers, and amplifiers and it's ideal for mobile, nautical, and off-road use.
