Alpine ILX-F511 Halo11 11" Touchscreen Digital Multimedia Receiver

The Alpine Halo display is taken to new heights with the ILX-F511 next-generation dash technology, which includes even more capabilities that maximize the possibilities of music listening. The Alpine ILX-F511 Halo11 receiver has an 11-inch floating touch display that fits in most single-DIN dash openings and has plenty of adjustment to ensure a good viewing angle and access to your climate controls. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and built-in Bluetooth hands-free are all available on the Halo11, allowing wireless or wired access to music, messages, phone calls, and directions on a smartphone. Add SiriusXM for even more entertainment options (tuner and subscription sold separately). You'll get excellent smartphone integration as well as compatibility with the iDatalink Maestro module, allowing you to preserve your factory settings.

11" screen with a 2" chassis

The iLX-F51 is made up of two parts: a 2-inch tall chassis and an 11-inch floating touchscreen display. As there is no disc player, the chassis should fit in most single-DIN dash openings, and mounting depth shouldn't be an issue in most vehicles. After installing the chassis in your dash opening, you can pick from five different vertical mounting positions and two different screen depths, providing you the freedom to position the radio without blocking important dash temperature controls. Alpine built the radio to work in typical in-vehicle temperatures, even if your vents are partially closed.

You optimized view

You can change the screen viewing angle up to 45 degrees forward or 20 degrees backward once you've selected the ideal vertical position for the display. This lets you to accommodate angled dashes or simply get a better view of the display on your iLX-F511. A pressure-tilt mechanism allows you a lot of versatility when it comes to selecting the ideal place. Four screws secure the display in place after you've picked the optimal positions.

Customizable home screen

Some useful buttons can be found around the bottom of the iLX-F511's bezel, including a dedicated microphone button for activating voice controls for CarPlay and Android Auto. You can also personalize your home screen with up to three pages of functions you want to access – choose from 22 options, including a clock and audio sources. You may also use a thumb drive to upload a photo to use as your background on the large 9" display.

Full clarity display

We now live in an 8K world, therefore there's no reason why the screen on your radio can't be improved. Alpine chose a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels for this device, ensuring that your album artwork and other information are crisp and clear. The iLX-F511 can be used as a drive-in theatre once you're parked and watching a movie – just bring your own popcorn.

Take your tunes for a drive

The iLX-F511 offers a variety of ways to enjoy your media even without a disc player. Dual rear USB inputs let you attach your smartphone or a thumb drive with your favorite music or video files. You can attach an optional CD/DVD or Blu-Ray player to the back HDMI port. Auxiliary inputs allow you to plug in audio from a separate devices, such as an old portable disc player.

Camera connectivity

Rear-view camera owners will appreciate the included camera inputs and distance guidance display. It works with Alpine's advanced HD dash cam/rear-view cam combo for all-over coverage of your vehicle. And if you'd like to add Alpine's optional HCE-C2100RD multi-view camera, you'll need this 2-camera switcher (not included) as well. 

Streaming music at your command

When your smartphone is connected, this Alpine's ready to roll with your favorite streaming services, including Tidal. Pull up playlists, albums, and more with ease, and check out the information on the iLX-F511's gorgeous display.

Works with both wired and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay

The iLX-F511 is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing you and your passengers to use your smartphone for messaging, navigation, tune selection, and more without having to touch any screens. Voice commands can be activated on both platforms by speaking a keyword or pressing the dedicated "Voice" button on the stereo's bezel. You can work without being distracted by your phone, and you can use either platform with or without your phone plugged in.

Bluetooth for hands-free calling and streaming

Alpine's long relationship with Bluetooth connectivity continues with the iLX-F511. With the included microphone, you can make or receive hands-free phone calls, and you can easily stream music from your phone. Voice commands for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto can also be activated using the included microphone.

Turn the radio up

The Alpine iLX-F511 boasts excellent entertainment choices up and down the dial:

• HD Radio reception: Enjoy crystal-clear sound quality from participating AM and FM stations, including FM that sounds almost as good as a CD. Plus, you'll see station and song info on the screen.
• Satellite radio compatibility: You can add SiriusXM programming to the receiver with an optional tuner and a subscription.

Upgraded sonic all around

The iLX-F511's not only a pretty face, it also boasts plenty of ways to keep your ears happy. You can change the EQ with its various fingertip-friendly settings – this Alpine has Basic and Advanced tuning options, as well as 13-band parametric adjustments, time correction, and more. It also supports lossless FLAC files to give you the thrilling digital media experience you desire. Alpine's commitment to using high-quality audio components, such as a full-digital power integrated circuit and custom capacitors to keep the signal strong, pure, and noise-free.

iDatalink Maestro allows you to keep your factory extras

This Alpine offers compatibility you won't find in many other aftermarket radios, thanks to the iDatalink Maestro module (not included). In a wide selection of vehicles, this module lets you keep factory features that you'd otherwise lose when you install a new radio. You'll also be able to check out engine performance data and other vehicle data on the Alpine's screen. Once you've identified your vehicle, you'll see the iDatalink module offered on the way to your Shopping Cart if it's compatible.

Add a wireless volume knob

Our customers are often very loud and clear about how much they miss volume knobs on today's stereos, especially the ones with touchscreens. Alpine's RUX-H02 Halo wireless level controller (sold separately) lets you mount a convenient knob nearly anywhere you like, thanks to its Bluetooth connectivity.

HD Video Recording

The Alpine DVR-C320R Stealth Dash Camera come with full HD picture quality and high dynamic range (HDR) with automatic exposure and white balance adjustment for clear video imaging. A clear image ensures the highest quality recording, which is vital for accident footage and license plate capture in the event of an accident. Drivers have the option to choose between driving, parking and all-time recording mode based on preference. During driving mode, the camera’s sensor will record and document an impact during an accident five seconds before or after it occurs. Parking mode will record an accident, such as a rear-end, ten seconds after it occurs.

Wi-Fi and GPS Capability

GPS capability is  included in the DVR-C320R Stealth Dash Camera solution. The GPS will record and document proof of speed while driving in the event of an accident or traffic violation. The Wi-Fi-enabled dash cameras can quickly adjust, view and transfer recording files from the camera database to a smartphone or PC app to avoid data loss in emergencies or to document speed in the event of an accident or traffic violation.

Rear Camera Capability

A second rear-view camera is included for various use cases. Popular for rideshare service drivers, the rear-view camera can be used to monitor and record internal cabin activity. It can also be used to record external vehicle activity and capture rear-end accidents.

Advanced Features

The DVR-C320R Stealth Dash Camera offers a sleek, “stealth” application design that mounts directly to the interior windshield glass for a factory-looking fit and finish. The DVR-C320R Stealth Dash Camera has additional drive assist features, including lane-departure warnings, front collision warnings and front car movement warnings for added vehicle safety. It also includes a direct connection option to select Alpine AV/AVN systems with rear-seat entertainment (RSE) controls so drivers can control the dash camera functions directly from an Alpine head unit.
