iDatalink Maestro KIT-CAM1 Dash and Wiring Kit for Chevrolet Camaro (2010-2015)

Although your Camaro is a fantastic vehicle, the stock radio needs a bit of work. The KIT-CAM1 dash and wiring kit enables you to keep your Camaro's climate controls, OnStar, backup camera, auxiliary input, and other features while installing an iDatalink-ready car audio in the dash panel. For this installation, you also need the Maestro ADS-MRR module from iDatalink (not included).

Adaptable Controls

A dash console that matches the fit and quality of the dash of your Camaro is included in the KIT-CAM1 package from iDatalink. The touchscreen on your receiver and the programmable buttons included in the iDatalink dash console can be used to regulate your climate. A panel with two USB connections, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm A/V input are also included in the kit.

Your Factory Features Remained

Your factory amplifier (if provided) and steering wheel audio controls as well as the features of your secondary display, including audio information, hands-free info display, and navigation information, can all be kept thanks to the wire harness that is included in the package. Additionally, the gauge information, parking assist distance, and other vehicle data are displayed on your new radio.

Chevy Camaro Dash Kit & Vehicle Harness Integration

For certain 2010-2015 Chevy Camaros, the iDatalink Maestro KIT-CAM1 includes an integrated dash kit and vehicle harness (all factory radio trim levels). The KIT-CAM1 allows you to swap out the factory radio of your 2010-2015 Chevy Camaro with a compatible Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Sony, or Pioneer aftermarket head unit equipped with an iDatalink Serial Port when used in conjunction with the iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 Car Radio Replacement Interface module (sold separately). *A vehicle-specific firmware must be downloaded from iDatalink's Weblink Desktop and the iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 must be purchased in order to use the iDatalink Maestro KIT-CAM1 (for Windows and Mac).*

Factory Grade Dash Kit:

The dash kit for your Chevy Camaro has a factory-grade fit and finish that matches the dash's shape and colour. The dash kit is compatible with specific Double-DIN aftermarket radios from Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Sony, and Pioneer that have an iDatalink Serial Port. The kit has integrated hazard and climate control controls. The dash kit also offers one HDMI input, one Aux 3.5mm input, and flush-mounted dual USB connections for your head unit (if applicable).

Features Retained

When using the Maestro RR or RR2 car radio replacement interface module and KIT-CAM1 installation package to swap out your aftermarket head unit with a suitable iDatalink Serial Port head unit from Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Sony, or Pioneer, the following factory functions (if applicable) are kept.
