JBL FUSE Passive Subwoofer Enclosures with Dual 8" Woofers - Black
The JBL FUSE gives you powerful vehicle bass in a compact, shallow passive subwoofer design built around flexible placement. This dual-compact solution combines 8-inch subwoofers, passive radiators, durable enclosures, and multiple positioning options. Want deeper bass without dedicating a large section of your vehicle to a conventional enclosure? FUSE keeps its footprint small while delivering signature JBL bass.
More Bass Without Taking Over Your Space
Space can disappear quickly inside a vehicle, especially when you add audio equipment. Fortunately, the JBL FUSE uses a compact and very shallow enclosure that can fit in virtually any vehicle, including underseat locations.
The flexible design also supports traditional trunk placement and less conventional configurations. You can use FUSE as a docked unit, separate the twin enclosures, or position them in stealth and split configurations below a false floor.
Versatile Placement Options
Why limit your bass system to one position? The JBL FUSE can be vertically docked under package shelf locations or separated for underseat placement. This adaptable configuration makes the system more like two building blocks than one fixed enclosure, giving you additional flexibility when working with different vehicle layouts.
Dual 8-Inch Design Tuned to Play Low
The JBL FUSE uses an 8-inch subwoofer and passive radiator in each compact enclosure. JBL designed this combination to play low while keeping power input requirements minimal. Together, the shallow drivers and passive radiators help maximize bass performance while keeping the overall enclosure size under control.
600 Watts of Peak Power Handling
Despite its compact dimensions, the JBL FUSE handles up to 600 watts of peak power and 200 watts RMS. It also provides 90dB sensitivity measured at 2.83V/1m and covers a frequency response of 30Hz to 200Hz.
The impedance depends on how you configure the twin enclosures. A parallel connection provides a 2-ohm impedance, while separating the twin enclosure provides a 4-ohm configuration.
Durable Injection-Molded Enclosures
The JBL FUSE pairs its compact proportions with injection-molded construction designed to maximize durability. A heavy matte black textured finish gives the enclosures a clean appearance while complementing their curved plastic casing and symmetrical shape.
The shallow driver and passive radiator combination further reduces the amount of space the system requires. Think of the design as compressing the essentials of a larger bass enclosure into a much slimmer package.
Protective Metal Grilles and Clean Connections
Good looks do not mean leaving the woofers exposed. The JBL FUSE uses strong metal grilles that protect the woofer cones from damage while contributing to the enclosure's appearance.
Additionally, flush-mount spring-loaded terminals simplify connecting large-gauge wire. Their integrated design also keeps the connections neatly positioned against the enclosure instead of adding unnecessary bulk.
Built for Flexible Vehicle Bass
The JBL FUSE combines dual compact enclosures, 8-inch subwoofers, passive radiators, 600-watt peak power handling, and flexible positioning in one space-conscious package. Its ability to work docked or separated makes it especially useful when a conventional subwoofer box would occupy too much room. You get a shallow, durable bass solution designed around both performance and placement flexibility.
