KDPS42 Features
- Key Digital KDPS42 contains a presentation Switcher Kit: Contains the KD-X40MRx and KD-PS42. Add a wall plate HDBaseT transmitter (KD-X2x1WDTx or KD-2x1WVTX) for plugging into boxes on walls, floors, or tables
- Presentation Switching: Source selection by push buttons, IP, RS-232, IR, auto switching, or trigger control for three HDMI and one HDBaseT sources
- 4K Ultra HD Up to 4096x2160 or 3840x2160 at 24/25/30/60 Hz and 4:4:4 is supported (signals up to 18Gbps bandwidth)
- When activated, auto-sensing automatically chooses a newly discovered source and switches to a previously detached source
- KDPS42 offers a CEC Manager™: Controls for the linked display or projector's power, volume, and muting without the need for additional control cables. choosing the appropriate CEC command receiver
- Audio De-embedding: At the device's analogue L/R balanced/unbalanced and PCM digital audio connectors, the audio from the chosen source is de-embedded
- KD-AMP220 Control Mode: Send commands to the KD-AMP220 for an all-in-one, slick control interface for switching between video, audio, and voice
- HDCP Licensing: Compliant with HDCP 2.2 and fully licensed
- HDR10: A wider range of brightness levels results in photos that are more realistic
- Rx unit (included in KDPS42) and wall plate Tx unit for power over HDBaseT (sold separately) running on KD-PS42
- Installing: Half-rack width with integrated rack mounting ears
- KDPS42 has support for Deep Color: Up to UHD/4K 30Hz 60Hz or 4:4:4/12 bits. 4:4:4/8 bit
- Full Buffer System™: Controls EDID Control handshake, TMDS re-clocking and signal re-generation, HDCP authentication to source and display, and Hot Plug Detection Voltage
- EDID Management: Internal library with 15 internal EDID handshakes, including native EDID data copied from the Rx display/device and 4K with HDR
- Bi-Directional control from/to the Tx and Rx/Presentation Switch unit via RS-232
- KDPS42 provides TCP/IP and RS-232 control and status of/from the Tx unit in unit control mode
- DTS-HD Master Audio™, DTS:X®, Dolby TrueHD®, and Dolby Atmos® are supported digital audio formats
- All TCP/IP and RS-232 enabled control systems, including Compass Control® Pro, AMX®, Crestron®, KNX®, RTI®, Savant®, and URC®, can fully control the device via open API
- KD-App Ready: Using CEC Manager™, network scan & detection populates a pre-built GUI with attached display/projector controls
- Signal Extension: For resolution and cable quality
