The Rockford Fosgate P2-1X12 is a single P2 12” vented enclosure with 400 Watts RMS power handling wired to a 1-Ohm load. The enclosure is constructed with 5/8” MDF, covered in high-density carpet, and features quick-release compression terminals. The most convenient way to get low-frequency bass in your system is to drop in a Punch Loaded enclosure. We're not talking junk in the trunk, we're talking the same genuine Punch woofers available separately. Punch-loaded enclosures are constructed with durable 5/8" MDF and tuned by our computer-aided design software. P2 Loaded Enclosures feature similar tonal performance as P1 models but with more power handling capacity.

The Rockford Fosgate P2-1X12 enclosure houses a Punch P2 12" sub, with a paper cone that's reinforced with Kevlar fibers and supported by a rubber surround. The heavy-duty motor assembly and advanced cooling vents allow this sub to handle up to 400 watts of RMS without flinching. The sub's dual voice coils are wired for a 1-ohm total impedance, so make sure your amp can power this enclosure safely.

Advanced port design

Rugged 5/8" medium-density fiberboard construction means this enclosure will hold strong for fat, heavy bass. Industrial-grade black carpet provides a clean, finished look, and protects your trunk from nicks and scratches. The spring terminals will accept bare wire, pin connectors, or banana plugs. This enclosure uses an advanced port design that promotes generous air movement while reducing distortion-causing port noise, so you hear louder, deeper bass.
